1. Pre-launch status

The App has not been publicly released and is not currently available in any app store. Features, content, and availability described on the Website may change before and after release.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

3. What GoTruckersReady is and is not

GoTruckersReady is educational and training software. It offers lessons, videos, quizzes, and practice exercises on topics such as English for trucking, traffic signs, road safety, and preparation for roadside inspections.

GoTruckersReady is not:

• the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), or any other government agency;
• a law enforcement agency or inspection authority;
• a commercial driver’s license (CDL) school or a licensing or testing authority; or
• an employer, motor carrier, or staffing service.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

4. Educational content and no guarantees

The Service is provided for general educational purposes. It does not replace official laws and regulations, official government publications and instructions, instructions from law enforcement or inspection personnel, the policies of your employer or motor carrier, or professional, legal, or technical advice. Regulations and requirements change, and educational content may be simplified, incomplete, or out of date. Always follow current official sources and the instructions of authorized officials.

We do not guarantee that using the Service will lead to any particular result, including passing any inspection, test, or examination; obtaining or keeping any license, endorsement, or job; complying with any law or regulation; or avoiding violations, citations, or out-of-service orders.

Practice evaluations in the App (for example, whether a spoken or typed answer matched the expected phrase) are automated learning aids. They are not an assessment of your English proficiency or of any other skill for any official purpose.

You remain solely responsible for how you operate your vehicle and for your own safety and compliance.

5. Safety: do not use while driving

Never use the Service while driving or operating a vehicle, or in any situation in which it could distract you. Use the Service only when it is safe and lawful to do so.

6. Your account

To use the App, you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Your account is for your personal use; do not share it or use another person’s account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, please contact us.

Signing out does not delete your account. Information about account deletion is available in our Privacy Policy and on our Delete Account page.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or for any unlawful purpose;
• access or attempt to access another person’s account or data;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access controls;
• copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or publicly display the Service’s content, except as these Terms allow;
• access the Service with bots or other automated means without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent your identity or any affiliation with us.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, including text, lessons, videos, audio, images, software, and the GoTruckersReady name and logo, are owned by SmartFutureApps LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial educational purposes. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, such as Google Sign-In and Firebase, video delivery providers, and your device’s operating system, and it may link to third-party websites, such as YouTube. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content.

10. Fees

GoTruckersReady does not currently process payments through the Service. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will show you the applicable prices and terms before you are charged, and you will decide whether to purchase them.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including content and features, at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or free of errors. Some features, including video streaming, require an internet connection.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the content of the Service is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTFUTUREAPPS LLC AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, EARNINGS, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY FINES, PENALTIES, CITATIONS, OR OUT-OF-SERVICE ORDERS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. This does not deprive you of any protection you may have under mandatory laws of the place where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.

4. Contenido educativo y ausencia de garantías

El Servicio se ofrece con fines educativos generales. 6. Su cuenta

Para usar la App, usted inicia sesión con su cuenta de Google. Usted es responsable de mantener segura su cuenta de Google y de la actividad que se realice a través de su cuenta. Su cuenta es para su uso personal; no la comparta ni utilice la cuenta de otra persona. Si cree que su cuenta se ha utilizado sin su permiso, comuníquese con nosotros.

7. Uso aceptable

Usted acepta no:
